PAYROLL SERVICES:
On payday, CCMG delivers your payroll (or you may choose direct deposit) along with an invoice, which includes: gross payroll, employer taxes, worker's compensation, employee benefit costs and our service fee. You write one check per pay period to CCMG and we distribute all the funds appropriately for you:
- Calculate & Prepare Payroll Checks
- Prepare and File 941's
- Prepare and File Federal & State unemployment tax returns
- Unemployment management services include: claim reviews, appeals & audits.
- Administer garnishments and child support deductions
- Prepare, distribute and file W-2's
- Direct deposit available to all employees (optional)
EMPLOYEE BENEFITS & ADMINISTRATION:
CCMG offers many options to Clients and employees.

WORKER'S COMPENSATION:
Worker's compensation can be expensive, complicated and frustrating to administer. The added cash flow disadvantage of premium deposits can show you why CCMG would be a relief.
Should you wish to use your own person rates CCMG offers you, our client, the information you need to make an informed decision.

HUMAN RESOURCE PACKAGE:
CCMG's HR administration package is included at no additional cost to CCMG clients. Our level of service is designed to provide clients with a structured HR program intended to assure employers of compliance with EEOC, Wage & Hour, and Department of Labor legislation and law. The package provides a fundamental human resources structure for the employer that does not have more specific needs. CCMG provides the following services:
- Process new hire paperwork and set up files.
- Review company employment application and provide recommendations for compliance and law.
- Provide maintenance of employee personnel files.
- Provide maintenance of employee I9s.
- Answer employee questions and concerns.
- Provide standard employee handbooks and prepare customized addendums to employee handbooks.
- Provide routine forms for employee record keeping including: attendance charts, payroll processing forms, requests for FMLA and Personal Leave of Absence, employee termination and resignations paperwork, W-4's, A-4's, I9s, disciplinary action forms, and many other forms as requested by clients. Handle required new hire filings.
- Handle processing of unemployment claims paperwork.
- Handle processing of disputed unemployment claims.
- Attend necessary unemployment hearing.
- Perform a complete HR audit with analysis of date and presentation of recommended interventions and actions.
- Provide required posters to include Federal, state and local requirements.
- Provide OSHA 200 log.
- Provide consultation to assure compliance with EEOC.
- Handle required EEOC filings.
- Provide routine consultation regarding job descriptions and job classifications.
- Provide routine consultation regarding FLSA compliance.
- Provide routine consultation regarding the recruiting and hiring process.
- Provide routine consultations regarding disciplinary action, at will terminations and terminations for cause.
